All custom orders will require a mock-up approval before starting production. Please be sure to double check the design and spelling. If any changes need to be made, please let us know and we will gladly make them and resend a mock-up for your approval. The final approved mock-up will be used to produce your item. Please remember the mock-up colors will be a close match to the actual colors for your product however, colors may vary to some degree.
We have several vinyl options including glitter, foil, puff, and velour. These options will be discussed during the consultation process.
For groups, also remember all items are handmade and there may be some slight variation on individual items.
Because all items are hand made, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS. If you have any concerns with your item(s), please let us know and we will gladly work with you to come to an amicable resolve. Thanks again for supporting
